"Do not say yes Mari, please stop Mari.."

"Yes, yes I do," Marina answered loud enough for everyone to hear, a creepy smile hanging on her lips

"I hereby proclaim you, man and woman. You may now kiss the bride." The priest remarked closing his book.

"We will Save that for the bedroom sir, we can not do that here."

"Thank you everyone! For coming and being a witness to this beautiful union, I sincerely appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the gifts and blessings too, hopefully in a year you all will hear news of my baby."

"Thank you so much, you can open the door now. You all can leave." Marina remarked with a bright smile, she was scurrying everyone out of the room in a hurry with excitement in her eyes.

While Marina was looking at the guards leave, Jayden moved from the back of the altar and came to stand in front of her.

"Wow, does he know he just got married to a prostitute?"

"And the nerves of you marrying someone else on our wedding day? How dare you do that?" Jayden yelled angrily.

Marina calmly reverted her eyes from the guests and looked at Jayden with humor in her gaze. "I do not know you, Sir. I only have one groom and he is Aiden Wellington. If you have a problem with that, then you can leave too."

"The wedding is over after all," Marina remarked with a smile.

"Youuuuuuu!!!!...."

"Youuuuuuu..... How dare you...." Jayden yelled gritting his teeth, he raised his hand to hit Marina.

"No, stop it."

"Don't you dare hit her!" Mrs. Jones yelled seeing Jayden raise his hand, how dare he try to hit her?

"Jayden that's enough!"

"Jayden, stop this madness." Mrs. Jones yelled upset at the turn of events but hitting a woman was not the way to get things done.

Marina stared at Jayden with determination in her eyes, she was ready to watch him try and hit her. Jayden cursed in his heart, bringing his hand closer to Marina's face, he tried to control himself but it was proving futile.

From the side, Someone held onto Jayden's hand.

"What do you think you are doing? Hitting a woman?" His voice was hoarse and dripping of authority.

"Much more, hitting my wife in front of me? Touch her and I promise, you won't have to use hands for anything ever again. Because you won't have one." Aiden's calm voice came from the side but his tone screamed fire.

"You just be a freak to get married to a slut, wouldn't you? Let go of my hands." Jayden tried to wiggle out of Aiden's grasp but his efforts were futile.

"I would be a freak, I am a freak with no objections. She can be my pretty little slut ."

Marina looked at Jayden with a cocky look in her eyes, "Listen to my husband, do not try to hit his wife. You might just get your hand broken."

"Please let him go now. I am certain he has learned his lesson this time around and will not repeat this mistake." Marina said to Aiden looking at him with a smile.

"Make everyone leave." Aiden ordered and the guards spread out, ushering everyone out.

Mrs. Hawthorne rushed up, running to her son. She held his face and checked his wrist for any damages, "Are you alright? Is your hand broken, should we go and see a doctor!"

"No, it's fine Mom," Jayden reassured his mom even though his hand was hurting.

Smack! The loud sound of the slap echoed inside the room, Marina's eyes were wide open with her head whooped to the side.

"What is wrong with you?! Why did you do it? Do you want to ruin your life to make a point? How dare you, do you even know who he is?"

"Do you even know the kind of man you chose? What if he isn't what he pretends to be? Why Marina, why?!" Mrs. Jones cried holding onto her daughter's gown.

"I believe you're talking about me. I just wanted to remind you that I'm right behind and you can direct questions about me, to me."

"Why did you do it, Marina... Why?!!"

For the first time since she was rejected, Marina let the tears drop freely from her eyes.

"It hurt so bad mother, I was humiliated mother. In front of everyone, the prince charming of the Hawthorne family rejected me in public Mother!!"

"What was I supposed to do? Just stand here and do nothing but cry? Was I supposed to go to my room and cry in there silently while he lives free from humiliation not caring what he did?"

"How was I supposed to survive after his rejection mother? For once, I am happy with the choice I made today. You and my father have always been the ones making choices for me and you both chose him, see what he did to your precious daughter. Can you see!!"

"See what your choice of man did to your daughter. Today, Marina Jones is finally no more, I am now Marina Wellington." Marina said blinking back the tears in her eyes.

"Marina, you can not do this. You you......"

"She is right Mariam, we are responsible for this. We are at fault for this, we can not blame Marina's final decision."

"If we had not chosen this child in a man's body for her then she would never have been humiliated the way she is now. I support your decision Marina, and I am sorry." Mr. Jones muttered apologizing to his daughter with his head bowed.
