I was sitting in my study recalling When Riya called to inform me about the changes happening to Elizabeth. It's been months when it happened but there are still many things that I don't understand about the incident.

At first, I thought the changes occurred because we were mated during the full moon night, but when I checked with others I found out that there has been a pair of humans and vampires who mated with each other on the full moon night but the physical changes in the human body did not start till the end of the month.

And it lasted for half a year to complete the full changes. We, vampires, are commonly matted with Humans and very rarely with werewolves and any other dark creatures because we survive on the human blood and our mate's blood can keep us in control.
