Charlotte's POV

The search has been going on for days now but there were still no leads as to where Sabrina was.

None of the indigenes seen in the forest knew about her or testified to seeing her around there and it got me even more scared.

How could she just disappear into thin air and no one saw her. So where could she be?

This question had no answer. Everyone I asked the question looked at me with pathetic eyes.

I didn't want their sympathy, I wanted them to find my friend for me. The more time ran out, the less likely it was that we were going to find her alive.

I resorted to watching crime movies like I was a detective, trying to solve a mystery case. I thought maybe I would get an idea from watching one of the crime movies, maybe there was something missing that we haven't checked so I watched and I watched and I watched.

There was one thing that struck me the more I watched those movies; the more time went by, the less likely we were going to find her.
