Jade felt the wind around her as she ran through the forest, her nose had picked up Adryan's scent a while back which was mixed among with others, as she travelled further into the path, it became more sparse of any pack members loitering around. "Well, how long before she wakes up? "Are you done dwelling in self-pity?!" A voice asks, disturbing the calmness he was enjoying until now, Adryan doesn't take his eyes away from the twinkling stars that were scattered throughout the sky. It was dark outside by the time she woke up, her eyes went to the alarm clock placed beside her bed. 3.03 am. it read. She looked around her bed and discovered that Adonis was not in the toddler bed that Adryan had purchased for him a while ago; it was spiderman themed, which Adonis enjoyed, and he didn't make a fuss to sleep with her on her bed. Jade woke up feeling strange, she didn't know why but something was drawing her towards the outside that particular day. So she didn't find it surprising when after finishing her chores for the morning and leaving Adonis at the daycare center, she ventured out on her own to explore the pack territory, but she didn't know where she was going, it felt as if her legs had a mind of their own as they carried her past the packhouse, which was alive during that time of the day.
