Maxwell, accompanied by his parents, Mr and Ms Jo with some of the elders of the pack on his side storms Arthur’s house.“Maxwell is here, where the fuvk are you Arthur…” Dennis growled within him. Lucas sent a message to Fabiano and Lauretha. “It’s time.” the message had simply said, enough to be understood by the ones that received it. Minutes later the duo leapt to his house.“What’s the plan?” Lauretha asked as she set herself to the mood. Her eyes twitched and her fingers ready to claw out any moment.“Follow me.” Lucas said and started to lead them out.“You sure we won’t be needing a car or something? We could save some speed. I mean it isn’t a few seconds journey, is it?” Fabiano asked with a frown. Yes, they are vampires and could run faster than even a car but there was Fabiano, who loved using his super speed only when it was emergency.“Wait here. I will get the car. We will have to do away with it at some point. We don’t want our cover blown before we got started.” Lucas said and disappeared. By the time Lucas and his crew neared the werewolf park, it was evening and the sun has gone inside. A safe and the most perfect time for them.Lucas park the car a few distance away from the entrance of Crescent Moon Pack and the trio got down. With their super speed they started to proceed into the pack.“The pack is weak now in the absence of their Alpha. We attack their core area, the Alpha’s throne room and take over.” Lucas said when they stopped for a while. Fabiano and Lauretha nodded.They had gotten deep into the pack when they began to sense the presence of their kind.Lucas’s eyes darkened as he was beginning to sense something odd.“What is this I sense in the air?” he stopped and exchanged looks with Fabiano and Lauretha.Not long after, they began to hear the howl and growls coming from the place. It sounded as though there was chaos in the area.They ran further and was met with a werewolf being attacked by a vampire.“Did you come with some folks we don’t know about?”

ARTHUR’S POVI watched my human mate as she slept the whole night. For someone that had always wanted to flee from my presence, she slept so soundly. I couldn’t sleep a wink the whole of the night no matter how much I tried. I was worried about my people. I kept having a feeling Maxwell was up to no good and my spirit so badly wanted to get back to the pack.
