“As long as they did not come out to call us, then we wait, Lorenzo.” I said, stopping the man as he heard his mate scream despite hearing the first baby’s cry. I had to admit, we were worried when we weren’t called inside the room. But when we heard Ayla scream again.

One of the nurses who was inside walked out to get a new fresh batch of towels and warm water. When asked, we found out that it turned out that Ayla was carrying twins. It explained why she gave birth a little early, though considering the fact that she was barely pregnant for a few months as she carried wolves, I was worried about whether or not the kids would need medical attention for a while. Either way, we thankfully had an incubator room ready for such situations, and that was going to help us if needed.
