For how long?

In tears, she walked into her room. She couldn’t help but think about how she’d cope with such treatment for the rest of her life. She sniffled, as she wiped her tears before shutting the door behind her. Ariel knew she had to get used to this sort of treatment, as there was no one to even help her.

She knew there would be no one to stand up for her, but deep down, she wanted someone to. She wanted someone that would always take a stand for her, someone who would punish anyone who dared to say shameless things about her, but sadly, she had no one.

Remembering all these, tears streamed down her cheeks. She remembered all the shameless words those alphas had spoken about her and worst of it all, they didn’t say it behind her, they’d said it right in front of her.
