Luna
I stood in front of the building I was never allowed to enter because father was ashamed of me going around with my red hair and proving to people that he had a freak for a daughter – Sigard School of Mastery.
All my sisters schooled here and they discovered their powers while training at this school. The grey wall was adorned with purple and blue roses and the large, black gates opened for anyone who stood in front of it regardless of your background. But like every other school, sons and daughters of men and women who held titles in my father’s court always put themselves above everyone else.
The gates opened and I sighed as I entered the school building, adjusting my full body suit because it was too tight, I was astonished by how beautiful it looked. Unlike the school in Lygard that had a dark aura to it, this place was bright and colorful.
I couldn’t resist the scowl that formed on my face when I saw my father’s statue at t
LunaI was trembling visibly as I watched Jacqueline being carried out for treatment, her blood dripping on the floor and making me feel sick of myself.Sure I hated her but I…didn’t think I would go as far as almost killing her.“ Luna get rid of those things now!” Gia said making me aware of the lionesses presence. I turned around and they stared at me while still lying on the floor. The one who attacked Jacqueline was still cleaning the blood from herself.I had no idea how I ended up summoning a lion but I also had no idea how to un-do it.“ I…don’t know what to do.” I said and froze when I felt someone holding me by my waist.“ You’re tense, let loose,” he said to me, I didn’t think he was helping until he said,” trust me.”I exhaled and stared at him wondering what I should do next.“ You summoned them
Luna Classes have been going quite well so far. My father somehow managed to convince people not to be too scared of me and Hazel and I have been hitting it off since that day we kissed. I was eating lunch with Hazel when Jacqueline sat beside him and whispered something in his ears before leaving. I saw his eyes widen because of what she said but I didn’t hear what she said. Has my wolf side abandoned me? Or did she just deflect the wind so that her sound wouldn’t get to my ears? “ What does she want?” I asked but he shrugged and kept eating. I waited for him to swallow his food before asking again this time I used my eyes. He sighed and said to me, “ Why is that every time we get so intimate and I think you’re going to have sex with me you just freeze and tell me to stop?” That was not what I was expecting him to say. Is he trying to change the obvious topic here? “ Is that what she said to you?” I asked. He ran his
Luna “ Father, there must be a mistake. I’ve lived there and I know who the rightful Alpha is supposed to be, it’s Dracah not Danger or whatever that man said.” I said when I caught up to him as he was making his way to his courtroom with his counselors and advisors. “ Luna, he is the same person.” Herald, one of my father’s advisors said. “ That’s impossible, Dracah would never –“ “ – do you know what he’s done in a span of two years?” “ I’ve only been here for two months he couldn’t have done –“ I stopped talking when I realized that two months will be two years if you cross the thorn forest boundary into Lygard. Shit! What has Dracah done now? “ According to our spies, Dracah thinks his destiny is to destroy all of Sigard but in order for him to do that he has succeeded in conquering all Alphas that broke away from Alpha Giane’s control. Now he’s formed an army with them and is coming for us.” Another o
LunaWe all rushed to the thorn forest where the man claimed to have seen wolves but when we got there there were no wolves. My father glared at the man but he still insisted that there were wolves.“ Fine, stand guard everyone. They will probably attack soon besides, I need to see how they plan on passing through the thorn forest.” My father said.I watched his grip on his staff tighten as we stood guard. He was tense and so was I but not for whatever reason that he was tense. I was tense because I didn’t trust this man. While we were all here, Sigardians are sitting ducks right now because what if the wolves find a way to attack from the center of the city instead of here where we’ve been lured?“ Father, I don’t think it’s wise that we are all gathered here out the boundary while the people of Sigard are defenseless in the city. I think this man has lied to us!” Jacqueline said.
LunaI was awake but I couldn’t see a thing, everything was dark. I could tell that I had turned back into my human form and I was naked, I felt the sharp sand all over my body as I slowly got up but that wasn’t the only thing I felt. The sound of moving chains made me realized that I had been chained but it wouldn’t do anything to me since these chains must’ve been for my wolf form which is by far bigger than me in human form.I sneezed and then I winced when light foo bright for my eyes flooded the room. It was brief but I was able to tell that I had been chained in the cellars.“ She’s awake.” Someone said and light was flashed inside the cellar but this time I avoided it. I didn’t want the person to see my body.“ Quick, bring clothes,” I heard a female voice say.My head felt heavy because I hadn’t turned at all since I came to Sigard, it made me u
Luna “ You’re lying, father would never-“ “ – and what makes you think so?” Jacqueline said, a sly smile still playing on her lips as she stared at me. “ Because he’s already gotten what he wanted a very long time ago,” I said though my voice didn’t carry the confidence I had expected it to. Jacqueline shook her head and looked at the ground as she said, “ For someone who beat you and left you for dead you sure do have a lot of faith in him.” “ He’s changed.” “ Has he?” She asked, grinning from ear to ear. “ For goodness sake Jacqueline if there’s something you have to say just say it and stop toying with me!” I snapped at her. “ Fine, you might want to sit down for this one.” I pulled out a chair and sat on it while both of us looked each other in the eye. “ Remember that horrible night, the one where those wolves pursued you because they found out that you’re a…freak
LunaMaybe I allowed my rage get the best of me when I barged into my father’s courtroom and demanded that he speaks to me at once. His advisors and counselors gave me judging looks but I didn’t care, they were all fools anyway.“ What is this about Luna?” My father asked, he looked angry – the type of angry look that made me melt in terror but not today or anymore. I’m no longer a child.“ Why didn’t you tell me that Dracah was looking for me? Instead you faked my death and caused him to come in search of you and you almost lost a lot of Sigardian lives in the process!”He was quiet for a while, his face seemed unbothered but he did look a bit surprised at first. It is as almost as if he didn’t expect that to be the reason I called him out of the courtroom.“ Luna, I did it to protect you,”“ From what?”“ what do you mean from what?
Luna“ Guess what?!” Emerald said as she came bursting through my room and smashing my door in the process.“ I guess I’ll have to get them fix my door for the fifth time this month.” I said and she rolled her eyes and sat down beside me on the mat where I planned on having a nice picnic with myself. She brought out her phone and I stared at it, it was pretty recent and I kind of liked it but…it just looked like a trap if I tell anyone of them who’d gotten new phones that I actually know how to use one very well.“ I want to take a picture but I can’t get it to flip,”“ You mean a selfie?” I said and then cursed under my breath, wondering why I even mentioned anything at all. Emerald’s eyes sparkled with excitement as the realization hit her.“ Hey! You guys used phone when you were at Lygard right?”I just shook my head and she gigg
