Aurora: It took everything, literally, every single thing, in me to stand still in front of Giovanni as he stared at Alessandro’s hand. Dante: I closed the man’s mouth before digging the knife deep in his neck, turning it inside, making sure he felt every angle of the blade before shoving it toward the other end.
