Author's note.
Hi everyone. hope you are all enjoying the new chapters and are starting to understand the continuation a bit better, theres still lots of stuff to decipher, and I appreciate everyone that is sticking with it, I really do.
I just want to let you all know that there probably will not be an update until the end of the week for this book due to family illness. The dreaded lurgy has hit the household and slowly making its way around everyone.
Please bare with me and I will start uploading again as soon as I can, until then, I would love to hear any feedback.

I glance at him, trying to remember if he knew of Reaper or not as she stretches out inside of me, yawning sleepily. The timeline was all over the place, things had already changed to what I had experienced, Lucian even looked different, but he had already explained to me why. I turn to see Daryl standing about five metres away, his eyes almost a solid black as he glared at Jax.“Alpha, did you see her hit me?” Jax wipes the blood from his chin and spits out some on to the ground at my feet, his gaze still firmly focussed on me.“I do not care Jax, but if you lay a single hand on her, you are as good as dead!” Daryl moves forward, letting out a low rumble as a warning and Jax storms off.“You came back?” I question quietly, he was supposed to be gone for a few days.“Lucian contacted me, said you seemed ‘off’ and I agree. “Come on Ash, just tell me!”“Jax was working with Hayden!”“No, no” he steps back from me, shaking his head in denial when he suddenly grabs my shoulders, his eyes burning into my own, “Please tell me that you are lying?!”“It might not be true.” I whisper, dropping my eyes, uncomfortable by the way he looked at me.“It’s why you are so odd around him, it’s why you seem to have more anxiety. I stare at the scene from my hiding spot in the shadows, how was it that she looked exactly how I imagined and yet Lucian didn’t. Anyway, there was no time to think about that as Reaper whispers, asking what the human was doing.“It’s Tasha” I mutter back, watching as she approached the vampires, her gun aiming at them the entire time but the man she called father, he had fallen silent, and I just knew he was already gone, humans could not survive that much blood lost.The vampires laugh, they were not ones that I had seen before, their laughs grow into full belly rumbles, and one moves, faster than the human eye could see, grabbing the gun and holding it against Tasha’s throat, trying to strangle her.I hear her splutter as the air is knocked out of her. I think carefully over my answer, Reaper tells me that I’m stupid if I tell the truth and I guess on some level she is right because no one else believed me at first, so why would Tasha?Some time must have passed because she frowns at me.“Well? Unfortunately there has been an unexpected death in the family that has shocked everyone but most of all myself and as a result I just need to to take a break, to clear my head. Chapter NineteenThere was no Daryl, no Tasha as I look around. Instead, a tall man with whiter than white hair was stood a few metres in front of me. His red eyes gazing at me as my royal name rolls from his tongue.“Rudina, what did you do?” he asks again.The metallic smell of blood fills my nose and I find myself looking at my blood coated hands. Blood drips from my fingers and as I look down, I’m shocked. A woman with hair like fire lays dismembered on the ground of the forest. A pool of blood growing around her limbs.“Rudina. Look at me.
