Chapter 18 - The Storm
Athena's POV
I rolled over to find the bed empty. I rubbed the sleep from my eyes as I took Erik's room in. The smell of campfire and chocolate and subtle mint was strong, meaning he hadn't been gone long. I got up and headed to the bathroom. After a few days of exhaustion, I finally felt rested. I turned on the shower and stepped in. I let all my stress and worries about what I was and what the dreams were washed away. After my shower, I snuck out into my room to change.
"We need to find Greta and Tom. We need to know who we are." I said to Phoenix as I put on a pair of black jeans and tossed on a loose green T-shirt.
