Lia:

“I am surprised to see that you’ve managed to get out of bed.” Ezra said, looking sideways at me as he saw me entering the living room. He didn’t need to really fake anything as there was no one but Armando around. The pack members were either tending to their things or most probably out by now as it was a while into noon.

“Good morning to you too, Ezra.” I said, rolling my eyes at the man before taking a seat on one of the couches. He was right though, not only was I dead exhausted, I was also sore. I wasn’t even sure how I was currently walking without limping as much as I was back in the room, and considering that my muscles ached with each step that I took, I believed that my non-limp state would only be momentary.
