It was as if Kade left and Alpha Kayden came back. The handsome naked man standing in front of me threw accusatory looks at me as if it was all my fault; as if I plotted some kind of conspiracy to lead him to my bed.

It was all apparent in his eyes. The guilt, the regret, and the blame.

I covered my nakedness with the creased sheets and looked up at him with questioning eyes. What was he thinking? He quietly put his black shirt on and went back to looking expressionless, as usual, until he realized most of his shirt buttons were gone.
