CHAPTER -144

Alex P.O.V

My head rolled back , squeezed my eyes and then opened them. I looked around .I was not in Gina's cottage anymore instead I was in a dark room. I shook my head lightly to get rid of the haze of my mind and focused on my surroundings, the little light entering through the small window was the only thing that was lighting the room.

Where am I ?

The room was spacious.The brick of the wall was clearly visible, paints were peeling off , they were covered in dust ,the roots of the old tree were creeping down through the cracks of the wall ,by the window. There was no furniture. I blinked again, there was only a pitcher on the dusty stone floor. The place looked like an old room in a fort but it was a dungeon which smelled worse than a rotten egg. It was damp and smells like mould, mildew, and dirt.

My head hurt very badly . The last thing I remembered was I tried to escape from there but as I turned I could not move, my body was frozen in its place and out of the thin air the s
