"Shit, I will be there soon . Gather more warriors to handle it for a while".

When the warrior left I turned to Alex whose face is white as paper. She is in deep thoughts.

" Are you ok? ".

" Ah yea yea I am fine just space out".

I was still focused on her when she fell on the list.

" What is this? "raising an eyebrow she asked me .

" This is the list of people who have been killed in past years along with their age and personal information ".

" But most of them are women and very young as well".

"There are men as well but they have been killed while protecting the girls ".

" Why in the last three years it has gotten more intense according to the graph".

"Three years before they used to kidnap kids. Some of them died , some returned in very bad conditions. Their bodies were covered with deep cuts of silver which can not be healed easily. Some were sold as sex slaves".

" And all of them were girls? ".

" Yes, all were girls,but what are you hinting at?".

"Three years ago all girls were of age sixteen right? ".

" Yes, so? ".

I had never seen a ghost but seeing Alex I did not think a ghost can be any whiter than her. Her eyes wide open and glossy staring at the paper, her hands are trembling and lips are quivering.

" You do not get it? ".

" Get what, nobody knows their intentions or where they kept the girls after kidnapping".

"When was the rough attack first started? ".

" I do not have time for history classes ".

" Just give me the answer "she asked firmly, that means completely business.

" Around 19 years ago, why?".

"You still do not still get it? "With glossy eyes she asked.

" Get what? "I was totally confused at this point. I had been trying to find out what they were after for so long.

" At the rate your brain works, how could you even become a king in the first place ?".

"Do not ever doubt my authority, I will not tolerate that".

She roll her eyes at me .

" Oh I am so scared, I am trembling in fear. You seriously do not get it. See the list of the girls , they are similar to mine. Every year they took away the girls who are similar to me of that year".

"Oh Shit".

"Yea oh shit indeed, though they do not want to kill those people but according to the book I can not be killed by any simple silver knife,so there were so many cuts on the girls body. They must be applying the theory of the book".

"So you're telling me just because they do not know what you look like, they killed so many girls .They have been trafficking girls for a very long time and three years ago they began to kill .This all making sense now".

She looked at missing girls file " It seems like that. The trafficking was for power and wealth but killing them was the way of finding me. It seems like they are trying send me message that if I do not come out myself this will continue because it's working I would do anything to save them even it means give up my life".

"You are doing no such thing.We will find a way to get out of this mess".

'Alpha you come quickly to the east and the north border has been attacked by more than hundred rogue wolves. They are trying to get the women of the pack'-one of the warriors sent me a mind-link.

'Yes I will be right there do not let any rough come near pack house' - I mind-link back.

'Yes sir we are trying to control here'-the warrior said.

Dammit I can not catch a break from this. I should be having my mate in my arms and spending time getting to know each other but no here I was convincing my mate to to give her life for the others and there the rogues were biting my ass. Above all they were after one person who was yet to be convinced that we were meant to be together ,forever.

"I have to go, more rogues are attacking the north and east border.You are not leaving this room.I will send some warriors to look after you".

" I do not need your little bitches to look after me, I am not a child"

I let my eyes run from her head to toe in appreciation and lingered on her chest for longer than needed. She crossed her arms over her chest in attempt to hide them but it it only pushed them up.

"No, not at all.You are definitely not a child but you are worse than a five year old".

Before she could report anything I walked out of the office. I only could hear her angry grumbling about how much of an asshole I was. I let out a chuckle to irritate her more.

Before going to the field I changed into a new trouser. Upon arriving in the field I took the senior in front of me.

There were more than hundreds of rogues but they were nothing compare to my warriors and the pack warriors . The field was covered with blood. Dead bodies are laying on the ground.

I jumped and shifted in mid-air , ran towards the battle field.My is larger than most of the wolves and more trained than any other wolves in the battle field that is my advantage I can fight more than three wolves.Five rogues were attacking Daniel. Two were trying get better angle of his neck. I pounced on one of the rogues when he was distracted, biting his neck hard and taking out a large chunk of meat from his throat. I through it away and the rough died. Second one tried to bite on my neck but I bit him at last moment. Moving my head at the side and get hold of his neck throw him towards the tree trunk. He fell on the ground , trying to stand but feeling miserable, he tried again but I was fast. I press my pow extended my nails take out his heart and through it away.I return to Daniel. Saw he killed the other three roughs.

More howls were heard ,when I and Daniel turned to the direction and saw seven to eight rogues coming towards us. We both stand each other's back and start circling as the roughs form a circle around us. They start growling and barking at us while baring their canines at us . Saliva is flowing down their muzzle. They have this blood thirst in their eyes. While we both are doing the same to the rogues, calculating each other's movement. Do not take the first lead.

Suddenly one of the rogues attacked us followed by the others but we were prepared for it and a fight broke out amongst us. One by one we killed every single one.

Suddenly we heard a high wailed cry of a child in the air.
