LOGAN

“Say it again,” I muttered, leaning against the edge of my desk, my jaw locked tight.

Cullen shifted awkwardly in the chair across from me, eyes flicking between the floor and my face. “You… want me to repeat what you told me? Or what I saw?”

I glared at him. “You know what I mean.”

"Logan, it's bad enough that you've seen and spoken about it," he murmured. "Now you also want to hear about it from someone else too? Isn't that just... messed up?"

He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “Fine. You said you walked in on Seraphina — your mate, the Luna of this pack — screwing Guapo, your former beta.”

My hands curled into fists. Hearing it aloud made it worse. The image of her body tangled with his, the sounds that filled that room, still replayed in my head. She saw me standing there. She looked right at me and didn’t stop.
