Even though I didn't know what I'm saying, somehow Lucille became immensely scared. Which means... 'She's definitely hiding something,' my wolf growled.

Slowly, Lucille backed a step until she turned around and sprinted away.

Only the twins remained and the elevator doors are opening and closing. Xavier dragged me out and dropped me right in front of Xeus. "Apologize to us, now!"

I had thought they would finally let me leave, but they still refused to let me go. I could not stand it anymore and yelled, "Never!"

The word barely left my lips when Xavier lifted his leg and stomped on my injured leg. Pain exploded and seared through my body as if my bones were about to crack and my blood were about to boil.

"One day, you and your brother will be crawling to me while asking for my forgiveness!" I hissed.

Xavier only chuckled. "Remember this, Louise. This is the price of hurting Lucille. Unlike my older brother, I will not indulge in your temper and bullying anymore."
