Raul’s lessons 6: Open up and let your feelings out

Raul did not yet develop the courage to talk to Betty. He had not visited Tom and Heather in a while. He was too busy working or worrying about Hayley. He sat in bed at exactly 6 am gazing at the paper that had Hayley’s number in it which Stan had given to him the other day.

He thought about calling her but hesitated for lack of words. He did want to call her because he missed her so much and wanted to know what was up with the priest since she was the last one to see him. He ran his hands through his hair because he was overwhelmed. Immediately, there was a knock on the door. He noticed that his friends, Kal and Virgil were still fast asleep so he had to get the door himself.

He wondered who it was coming so early in the morning. He took a peep through the door’s peephole and saw Ella standing there. He had almost forgotten about her and their last encounter that almost broke him and Virgil because he thought that he was deceiving and lying to him.
