Chapter 39

Reid's POV

After a few moments the pink in his skin faded back to his pale color. 

I watched as he almost gave a sigh of relief then started adjusting his nest. I watched curiously as he repositioned some of the pillows and shirts along the edges. He laid down and pulled the blanket over him a little then rested his head on the edge. A moment later his hand came up to his face holding one of my shirts as he pressed it against his nose smelling it.

He placed it under his head then looked at me and smiled.

"I love the way you smell." He said and I felt my heart skip a beat. My goddess he's adorable.

"I love the way you smell." I said as I lean forward placing a kiss on his forehead. 

I laid down next to his nest as I propped my head up on my hand with my elbow on the bed. My face at his level as I stared into his eyes while running my hand through his hair listening to his purr. He looks so angelic right now, so innocent. I tho
