Chapter 152

Theo's POV

It's been over a month since I've been rescued. Mark has been held in a cell while his little brother went to the orphanage since they didn't have any other family.

I'm not sure if I was actually angry with him, but I couldn't forgive him. At least not at first. Although I understood why he did it, which is why I begged Xavier not to kill him.

When Xavier learned Mark lured me out he wanted to have him killed. But I know Mark, he would never want me hurt. He was only looking out for his little brother, and I'm sure they would have stayed true to their word and killed little Kyle.

He's only 6 years old, I have actually never met him before that day. I didn't even know he had a little brother until now.

I just learned from another family a few doors down from where Mark lived that they killed Mark's parents. They found Kyle hiding in a closet, he was only 2 years old at the time.
