“So this is it," Nicky let out. “This is where the magic happened." Nicky sighed referring to the pack mansion. They were still some distance away but the huge structure was in view.

“Oneka, please I beg you don't come any further. If they catch you, Alpha Xavier will put you to death for trespassing on his land," Maggie warned.

“My brother, Ma. Say it, he's my brother. One that you hid from me all these years." Nicky was still upset with her mother.

“Yes. But it was for your own good. Now please go before you give this old she-wolf a heart attack."

Nicky snarled. “Ok I will wait with Pi at the cabin, but Ma this conversation isn't over."

“I know. I will be by after Athena's Moonday."

“OK," Nicky huffed. “And it was nice meeting you Athena. I hope to see you again."
