CHAPTER 5 (XAVIER'S POV)

"Do you think waging war against them would have been better?"

I gave him a blank look before responding.

"I'm not my father Hunter, Shedding blood of the innocents is something I would never do. Besides, we have the girl already."

"No offence. So what do we do to them?"

My shoulders dropped immediately

I walked into the scene. It looks like a throne room. Blood filled the whole room. Corpses filled the room. Some were stuck to the wall with a dagger.

"Find them! I must end the Moon Crescent pack!!"

"Papa, why?" I could feel tears welling in my eyes. I began to feel soreness in my throat and lungs.

"We shall not have mercy on the enemy."

I sniffed up my nose then, my body became cold.

"Is that tears I see in your eyes Xavier?"

He cracked his head from side to side for intimidation.
