Chapter 65- Alec

Over the last few days, Crista and I have basically been sequestered in our suite. The potion Chiara gave her hasn’t seemed to temper her heat.

Whatever this potion is, it’s not what her coven gives she-wolves trying to lessen the effect of their heat. I’ve tried to call the Crone multiple times to question her, but it goes straight to voicemail.

I’d be concerned that the bitch was dead, but I’d have heard about it if that was true. So she’s just ignoring me. Shocker.

Rather than focus on my annoyance with her for giving my mate a different potion, I focused more on Crista. Whatever this potion is, it’s at least given her the strength and energy to handle her heat.

Given how pliable and suggestible to trying new things Crista has been, Chesed got it in his head we should move forward with a rush on swapping out everything in his darkroom. So during moments when she was resting, I was using the pack link to get everything in place.
