Chapter 17: The Pack Hospital
I'm standing in the meadow on the north side of the pack house. Jackson is playing with our 2 year old son. They're running around being silly. I could hear our son Mathias laughing. His laugh is seriously the cutest and definitely contagious. As I'm watching them I put my hand on my very large swollen stomach.
How am I going to love this next pup as much as I love Mathias? I ask Alicia

I look back over to Jackson and Mathias. Jackson was throwing Mathias up in the air and he was just a giggling. He has always loved it when his dad played with him but somedays Jackson is so caught up in Alpha business that Mathias hardly seen him. He is a great father but sometimes being the Alpha takes everything out of him.
Jackson walks over to me with Mathias on his shoulders and gives me a kiss. He puts his hand on my belly and smiles at me.

My morning sickness was starting to subside. I still felt nauseated but I hadn't thrown up in two days so it's a start. Today would be the day I start to train the women of my pack. It's my job to pick out their strengths and weaknesses. Jackson put me in charge because not only was it my idea to train all women 16 and older but they're women and I'm a woman so they would more than likely be more comfortable with me training them than Jackson or any of the pack warriors. A few days went by in a flash. Jackson was super busy with pack business and I was getting ready for our pup.
