That night, Kendrick sat with Rina in their chambers. The lamps burned low, giving the room a warm glow. Rina sat near him, brushing her fingers over the edge of the blanket as she waited for him to speak. She could tell something troubled him.

Kendrick finally said, “There is something I need to tell you. It is about the Sauna pack.”

Rina looked up at once. “The Sauna pack? What happened?”

Kendrick breathed out slowly. “There is unrest there. A notable family is trying to take power from the elders. The elders do not agree with them. The pack is divided, and they refuse to seek help.”

Rina’s face softened. “That sounds bad.”

“It is,” Kendrick said quietly. “If they do not settle things soon, innocent lives may suffer.”

Rina lowered her gaze. “Even if they were cruel to me, they do not deserve that. Most of the people in the pack were not the ones who hurt me. I do not want them to face danger.”

Kendrick nodded. “I know. I feel the same. I do not want their situation to grow worse.”

The next morning, Elara walked through the long corridor with her letter held carefully in both hands. She had had finished writing it yesterday while Neri and Gilly were with her but she had not had the mind to send it yet. She was waiting for the perfect time. “I'll have to read it again when I'm alone. I want to memorize every word in the letter. And I want to be sure I'm really sending this to him,” she had said. Gilly didn't push for her to send it and Neri thought it was very cute that she wanted to learn the words of her own letter. “Well, I'm sure he'll receive it whenever it's sent. And he'll be happy, no matter when it arrives,” Neri had said innocently. Now Elara walked slowly, almost floating, as if every step carried joy. Her cheeks still felt warm from the words she had written, and she kept reading the letter in her mind as she moved toward the place where all letters were collected.Just as she turned a corner, she saw Rina approaching. Rina looked calm, her hand

  • Alpha's Cursed Breeder    Sauna's Rising Storm

Alpha Kendrick sat at the head of the long council table. The elders gathered around him one by one, taking their seats with quiet faces. The room felt heavy, as though it already knew what they were about to discuss.Kendrick began slowly. “I called this meeting because of news from the Sauna pack. Something is not right there.”Elder Marn, the oldest among them, leaned forward. “What have you heard, Alpha?”Kendrick rested his hands on the table. “A notable family is trying to gain power. It looks like the elders of the Sauna pack do not agree with them. This disagreement is growing. The pack is divided.”Elder Rohan frowned. “Divided? That is dangerous. Werewolves need one voice.”Kendrick nodded. “Yes. And the troubling part is that the Sauna pack has refused to seek help from anyone.”Elder Tala folded her arms. “Maybe they fear that asking for help will make other packs exploit them. Vulnerability can attract greed.”Elder Joren gave a small nod. “That is true. Many packs wait f

  • Alpha's Cursed Breeder    Ink That Carries The Heart

Elara placed the scroll from Lucas on the table. Her fingers lingered on it before she finally stepped back. Neri and Gilly were still watching her, and their smiles were bright with excitement.Neri moved closer. “Elara, you should write back. You cannot keep all these feelings inside.”Gilly nodded quickly. “Yes. If he wrote something this warm, you must respond. It is only right.”Elara looked down at her hands. “I do not know what to write yet. I do not want my words to sound too strong.”Neri took her by the arm and guided her toward the table. “Sit. You will write something simple. You always overthink these things. Let the words come from your heart.”Gilly brought a fresh scroll and placed a quill beside it. “Start with what you feel. That is enough.”Elara sat slowly. She touched the edge of the blank scroll and breathed in. She remembered how hard it had been earlier when she tried to write the first letter. This time, her hand felt steadier.Neri leaned forward with a brigh

Elara finally unrolled the scroll. The first lines made her stop. Her cheeks warmed at once. She covered her mouth with her hand and looked away, almost shy, almost unsure of what she had just read.Neri’s eyes widened. “Elara… why did your face turn pink like that?”Gilly leaned closer, whispering as if the walls were listening. “What did he write? Did he say something strange?”Elara did not answer. She kept staring at the words, letting them settle inside her. Her blush grew deeper, and soon she let out a small breath that sounded almost like a nervous laugh.Neri pulled Gilly back a little. “Let her breathe. Give her space.”They both stepped to the side of the room. Gilly crossed her arms and whispered again. “She never blushes like this. It must be something strong.”Elara finished reading the letter slowly. When she reached the end, she closed her eyes for a moment. Her blush did not fade. It only softened. She rolled the scroll back with careful hands and held it against her c

  • Alpha's Cursed Breeder    Her Heart, His Ink

Elara sat cross-legged on her bed, a fresh scroll in front of her and a quill resting between her fingers. The afternoon light came in through the window, soft and warm, but it did nothing to help her calm her nerves. Gilly and Neri sat close by, watching her with quiet interest.“I have been thinking,” Elara said, still staring at the blank scroll, “I want to write to Alpha Lucas. I want him to know I miss him.” She lowered her voice. “But I do not want to sound needy.”Gilly raised her brows. “You can write to him without sounding needy. You just need the right words.”Neri agreed. “Yes. Something gentle. Something that shows you care.”Elara let out a slow breath. “I do care. That is the problem. I care too much, and I do not want him to feel like I am bothering him.”Gilly patted her arm. “You are not bothering him. You are not even writing anything yet. Just start small.”Elara finally rested the tip of the quill on the scroll. “What do I write first?”“Start with his name,” Gill
