29| The past

Dargak walked in as soon as the long arm of the clock touch 12 and the short arm touched 10. It was exactly 10pm Dargak walked in and went towards the Alpha's throne room.

Sleep was always far away from the Alpha, and so he only found solace in taking out scrolls and looking at the wall, sometimes a little training with Dargak will do just the trick of keeping his mind busy from thinking about what happened to his people years ago.

"How is the training ground Dargak?" Lucien asked, with an expressionless face. One that Dargak was already so used to.

"Level 3 should be done in no time Alpha. I have been carried away and have only disappointed you, forgive me" Dargak replied, lowering his hands, while the tip of his sword touched the floor.

Lucien only nodded, without saying a word for some seconds, "You need to stay here Dargak, for the time being, you'll be needed here"

Dargak couldn't question the Alpha further as to why he wanted him to stay back, but he was sure Lucien needed him
