30 - Silence

The red color flew up in the air. Some of it fell on the side of her neck and face. The man standing in front of him also got the color on his classy, expensive black suit and on the side of his face.

His hand lifted up to wipe off the color from her face but she stepped back before his skin could touch hers.

The second Light saw that the man was Edge, her mouth snapped shut. She sobered her expression, freed her wrist from his hold, and turned away from him. Walking away, she threw the remaining bag of the red color on the ground since it was already almost empty.

Edge saw her every move with a hawk's eyes. He was not used to being ignored. Especially by her. He had deliberately walked to her house and asked Olsen to pick him up from here without thinking twice. There was nothing in his mind, but a corner of his heart knew that he was ready to treat meeting her out of her house as an accident so that he could go with her to the party.
