Georgia’s POV

I was now in my maid’s room, on the hard mattress, drowning in my own silent sobs. Everything had crumbled. Love had made me stay, love had made me choose Damien over Kael and now love has made me choose my fate.

Damien had publicly humiliated me, denouncing me as Luna, as his mate. The people I had once called family whispered vile things about me, condemning me as if I were some tainted thing.

Shortly, a sharp knock at the door jolted me from my spiraling thoughts, but before I could gather myself, the door was pushed open without hesitation. It was Lucy.

She stepped inside as if she owned the place, her lips curled into a mocking smile.

“Look at you,” she sighed, feigning disappointment as her gaze swept over me. “Have you seen what you’ve caused yourself for choosing Kael over Damien?”

I clenched my jaw, forcing myself to sit up, but I didn’t speak.

Lucy, however, had plenty to say.

“And where was he?” she continued, tilting her head. “Your so-called Lycan King? Now

Georgia’s POVIt was finally the wedding.I was already dressed in the outfit Lucy had given me, a long, flowing gown. Sitting before the mirror, I carefully applied my makeup as I traced the line of my lips with a muted shade of pink lipstick.I let my hair fall naturally, cascading down my back in soft waves.Tonight, I had to at least pretend I wasn’t broken as I descended the grand staircase. The moment I stepped into the hall, heads turned, people stared. But nothing could have prepared me for the sight before me. I met Damien already kissing his bride, the vows had just finished. My breath caught in my throat, and my fingers curled into my palms as I watched the man who was supposed to be my husband, my supposed future wrapped around another woman. Their lips moved passionately and the audience watched with smiling faces. Most of them found it mesmerizing. As if the wound wasn’t deep enough, Lucy turned to look at me. A slow, cruel smirk spread across her lips, her eyes danci

Ethan’s grip on my wrist was firm yet gentle as he pulled me into his room, shutting the door behind us. My mind was still reeling from everything that had happened earlier, but before I could gather my thoughts, the door suddenly banged open.Lucy stormed in, her face flushed with fury. “How dare you, Ethan?” she shrieked. “You humiliated me in front of everyone on my wedding day!”I stiffened, watching as her rage poured out. Her wedding dress was still pristine, but her expression was anything far from joyful.Ethan folded his arms, unbothered. “Oh, did I?” he said, voice dripping with sarcasm. “And here I thought I was just speaking the truth.”“You made a fool out of me!” she yelled. “You embarrassed me in front of…”“Oh, spare me the self-pity, Lucy,” Ethan cut her off sharply. “You haven’t changed, have you?”Her eyes darkened. “What’s that supposed to mean?”Ethan let out a bitter laugh. “It means you’re still the same selfish, cruel person you’ve always been.” His voice softe

Georgia’s POVBy the time I was back home, it was already late at night. It was a hectic day and all I wanted was to slip into my room, but as I turned a corner, I came to an abrupt stop.Damien was standing there, his broad body blocking my path, arms crossed over his chest. His gaze was locked onto me, and I could see the tension, the barely concealed anger beneath the surface.“Where the hell are you coming from at this hour?” His voice was low.I exhaled slowly, already knowing where this was heading. “That’s none of your business, Damien.” My voice was steady, but I knew my response would only provoke him further. His expression darkened. He took a step closer. “None of my business? I saw you both, I saw how Ethan had his hands all over you. You think I’m stupid? Now you have left the Lycan king and gone for Ethan? How shameless can you be?”I stiffened, my fingers curling into fists at my sides. “Ethan and I were just dancing,” I said, my patience thinning. “I think you have for

Georgia’s POVReaching home, I felt like a loser.I had come back here, to this place, to him, with some foolish hope buried deep inside me that maybe Damien would care, that maybe, after everything, there was still something left between us. But I was wrong. So, so wrong. I thought my presence would at least bring back my marriage, now I’m regretting my actions. Damien, the man I had loved, the man I had once given my all to, didn’t regard me in the slightest. Not a glance of love, I was nothing to him now. What was the point of staying here anyway?Maybe love wasn’t for me. Maybe it never had been.I exhaled shakily, wiping at my damp cheeks. I had shed enough tears for Damien, for the life I thought I could have. No more.I pulled out a small suitcase from the closet, my hands trembling as I packed what little I had left. Each item I folded felt like a piece of myself being tucked away, pieces of a past I no longer wished to carry. My eyes landed on my wedding ring for some momen

Georgia’s POVMy father had just been laid to rest. The final ritual still remained, the one I was supposed to perform for him as his daughter.I stepped forward, holding the sacred offering in my hands. This was my last duty to him, my final act of love. But just as I raised the items, a hand shot out, gripping my wrist tightly.“No,” an elder’s voice rang out.I looked up, confused. Elder Miriam stared at me with eyes full of contempt. The other elders stood behind her, nodding in agreement.“You will not complete this ritual,” she declared. “A woman like you has no right to honor the dead. You are an abomination to this land.”My breath caught in my throat. “What?”Another elder stepped forward. “A woman who has been married to more than one man is a stain on our pack, a disgrace to our traditions. It is a taboo. Your very presence here defiles this sacred moment.”Murmurs of agreement rippled through the gathered pack members.Elder Miriam reached out, snatching the items from my

Georgia’s POVDays turned into weeks, and weeks into months. Lucy was never going to stop tormenting me. Every chance she got, she reminded me of how miserable I was. At this stage of my pregnancy, I needed peace, something I would never find in that house.I was already in my ninth month, my body heavy with the weight of the life growing inside me.As for Kael, he hadn’t contacted me, nor had he come looking for me. It didn’t bother me anymore. My only concern now was giving my unborn child the best. And to accomplish that, I needed to leave. This environment wasn’t safe for me, and it certainly wasn’t safe for my child. My brothers understood. They had defended me countless times, but even they knew they wouldn’t always be around to shield me. They saw the pain in my eyes, the silent suffering I endured daily. They didn’t want me to go, but they knew I had to.So I left, with nothing but a small bag and the determination to start over. I didn’t have a destination in mind. I just nee

Georgia’s POV One of the doctors injected me as I slumped, my body too weak to fight the encroaching darkness. The last thing I heard was muffled voices and the beeping of machines before everything faded to black. When I opened my eyes again, I was staring at a white ceiling. I blinked, trying to move, but my body felt very weak like it wasn’t mine “The injection has made her unconscious for 48 hours.” I heard. I turned my head slightly and saw a man in a white coat standing beside my bed. “You’re awake,” he said. “How are you feeling?” I tried to answer, but no words came out. My throat was dry, my mind blank. He must have noticed my struggle because he gently placed a cup of water near my lips. I took a few small sips, the cool liquid soothing my throat, but still, I couldn’t form a response. “You’ve been unconscious for 48 hours.” He Said. He studied me for a moment before asking, “Do you remember your name?” I searched my mind for an answer, but nothing came. It was like

Kael’s POVFor months, my life had been consumed by one meeting after another. Every day brought new challenges, disputes, and responsibilities that demanded my attention. As the leader of my pack, it was my duty to ensure stability, fairness, and strength. There was little room for rest, and even less for personal matters.Ethan who was now my collaborator on the other hand had informed me months ago about his father’s passing. I remembered the call clearly, the grief he tried to mask. I had sent my condolences, acknowledging his loss, but I never visited. It wasn’t that I didn’t care. I had simply been too caught up in the endless demands of leadership. Georgia on the other hand, I had let her be and free. I didn’t try to contact her, I knew she wouldn’t forgive me and I also didn’t bother asking after her.Perhaps, if I were honest with myself, I also avoided it for another reason. Grief had a way, and I had no desire to be reminded of my own losses. Facing Georgia would mean ackno

Reveena’s POVI shouldn’t have come. The thought repeated over and over in my mind like a chant as Kael’s amber flared with a fire I hadn’t seen before, not for me, but against me.“You don’t get to decide my fate, Reveena,” he growled, each word seething with disdain. “Over my dead body will Georgia ever be my mate? Is that what you came here to force on me?”I opened my mouth to reply, to remind him of the bloodlines, the council’s expectations.“If you think I’ll let anyone, even you, dictate who I bind my soul to… then I’m sorry to tell you this, Reveena,” he spat my name like it burned his tongue. “But I’ll become your enemy if that’s what it takes.”My breath hitched. I felt my heart crack loudly, painfully as though he’d just ripped it from my chest and crushed it between his clawed fingers. He turned away from me as if I no longer mattered. His hand curled into a fist at his side, shoulders tense, jaw tight. Not because of her he is acting this way towards me.“You would thro

Reveena’s POVI made my way to Kael’s chambers with thunder boiling in my veins. That moment I saw her, draped in simple fabric, eyes lowered like a servant, something inside me twisted. Not jealousy. No. This was something deeper. A storm of disbelief and fury at the very idea that someone like her could be in his presence so comfortably.I didn’t knock as I bagged into Kael’s room. The doors flung open beneath my hands, slamming against the inner walls. Kael was by the window, but he didn’t even flinch. He barely turned his head as I entered, and that only enraged me more.“Unbelievable.” I snapped. His eyes rose to meet mine. calm, cold, and far too steady for someone who’d just been caught entertaining a girl like that. “What?”“You know what I mean,” I hissed, stepping closer. “The girl I saw claiming she’s your mate. The one with her hair tied back like a kitchen maid. What is she doing here?”Kael arched a brow, folding his hands across each other with the kind of infuriating

Georgia’s POV“Leave.” He instructed as he pulled away. I took a step forward but he wasn’t giving me the chance to come closer. “You should leave!” He ordered again.I closed Kael’s door quietly behind me. My fingers lingered on the handle, as if wanting to go back in if I held it long enough. But it didn’t. He had sent me away.I didn’t want to leave, that I could stay and just sit in silence if that’s all he wanted. But Kael was persistent. His words had been gentle but firm. “Not now. Please, just go.”So I did.I walked down the long corridor with a dull ache spreading through my chest, the kind that doesn’t explode, just gnaws quietly beneath your ribs. The pack house was quieter than usual. Even the guards I passed seemed subdued. By the time I reached the new room Leah and I had moved into, I headed towards the bed. The room was bigger than our old one, the ceiling higher, the windows wider. It was nicer.Leah was folding some of Nathalie’s tiny clothes when I walked in. The

Georgia’s POV The night was quiet, too quiet. I looked at Kael as we stood under the tree beneath the moonlight. The silence between us wasn’t uncomfortable, just heavy. “You’re awfully quiet,” I said softly, breaking the stillness.Kael didn’t look at me right away. He had that faraway gaze, like he was speaking to the stars rather than to me. His jaw clenched, then relaxed. “I’ve been waiting for the right time to tell you something,” he said at last, his voice low and unsure.I turned fully toward him. “Tell me now.”A faint smile touched his lips. “There’s… a way,” he said, “to bring my mortal body back.”For a second, I just stared at him, blinking. Then the weight of his words slammed into my chest and I grabbed his arm. “Are you serious?”He nodded once.I let out a breathless laugh, joy blooming in my chest. “That’s incredible, Kael! That’s how? What is it? What do we have to do?”That’s when his smile faded. He looked down at his hands, flexing his fingers like he wasn’t su

Ruth’s POVI don’t remember how I got to the hospital. One moment, I was cradling her limp body in my arms, whispering her name over and over again like it could breathe life back into her. The next, I was speeding through the city streets, horns blaring behind me, lights flashing red and green but never registering. Her head rested on me, blood seeping through the fabric of my shirt, warm and sticky. Her lips were slightly parted, eyes closed. I kept telling myself she was asleep. She had to be.“Sis, stay with me,” I whispered, voice cracking. “We’re almost there, okay? Just… just a little longer.”But she didn’t stir. When I finally reached the nearby hospital and burst into the emergency room, I must have looked insane, my shirt drenched in blood, barefooted, my hands shaking so badly I almost dropped her. Nurses rushed toward me, their calm efficiency making my chaos feel even more unbearable.“We need a stretcher here!” someone shouted.“She’s not breathing,” I choked out, foll

Lucy’s POVI didn’t cry. Not in the cab, not when I stepped through the gates of our estate. Crying would have been easier than this slow, simmering ache twisting through my ribs.I got back home. “Madam?” One of the maids stepped forward, her voice hesitant.“Where’s Damien?” I asked softly, not stopping to look at her.“In the study, ma’am.”I walked past her without a word. The door was slightly ajar, warm light filtering through. Damien’s voice carried low across, probably on a call. I pushed it open.He was there, standing by the wide glass windows, one hand tucked in his trouser pocket, the other holding a tumbler of scotch. When he saw me, he straightened, his brow furrowing with concern.“Lucy?” His voice shifted immediately gentle.I crossed the room and collapsed onto the armchair by the fireplace, burying my face in my hands. He moved closer. “What happened?”I forced myself to look at him. “I went to see Georgia.”His lips tightened slightly, but he said nothing, waiting f

  • Alpha’s Scumbag: Sorry My Luna   Chapter 133

Lucy’s POV The morning sun barely warmed the cold feeling in my chest as I stepped out of the cab. A building loomed ahead, a peeling, grey block of flats that looked nothing like the kind of place someone like Georgia would belong to. But the scraps of information I had gathered earlier, the pharmacy receipt, the old grocery bill, and a stray voice note on a burner phone had led me here. I took a deep breath. I stepped inside the building, the slightly cracked tiles groaning beneath my shoes.I am now standing in front of a door, the third floor. Apartment 3B. I raised my hand and knocked.A few seconds passed before I heard soft shuffling behind the door, like someone trying to open it. Then the latch clicked, and the door creaked open an inch. A familiar face appeared. Ruth? She froze when she saw me. Her eyes widened, and for a split second, something like anher flashed across her face. Then it was gone, replaced by a cold wall of steel. Before she could shut the door in my face

Damien’s POV The table stretched long before us, covered in hand-drawn maps, blood-red markings, and pins that signified victory. I leaned back in my chair as a slow, satisfied grin spread across my face. My cabinet members, generals, advisors, and elders, raised their glasses, celebrating the fact that we had secured nearly the entire werewolf kingdom under my rule.“To Damien,” General Havric bellowed, his voice booming across the room. “The Alpha of Alphas. The King of the Lycan Empire.”“To Damien!” they echoed, their voices roaring in unison.I gave a short nod, accepting their praise with the confidence that came from years of bloodshed and relentless strategy. Every kingdom I had taken had strengthened our dominion, brought unity to the scattered werewolf packs. Tonight, we drank not just to power but to legacy. But the moment of triumph didn’t last long.“I hate to be the bearer of ill news,” Elder Roth said suddenly, setting his goblet down with a grave look. His white beard

Kael’s POVThe next day… I was alone in my study when Karl entered.“Will be,” Karl said, his tone unusually steady. “I have a solution to your problem.”I turned to him. “What problem?”“Your problem of regaining your mortal form.”I took a step forward.“You found something?”He nodded once, face unreadable, though I could see the storm brewing behind his eyes. “Yes.”My heart thudded. Hope was a fragile thing. I’d learned not to grab it too fast, lest it splinter in my hand and leave nothing but shards of regret. “Tell me.”Karl hesitated. His jaw tightened. “It’s Georgia.”I narrowed my eyes. “What about her?”“The solution… is her blood.”It was as though time paused. My breath caught. “What did you say?”Karl stepped closer, voice low. “You need a vessel to anchor your essence. Something strong enough to tether your divinity to flesh again, but also pure enough to harmonize with your original mortal soul. Only one thing in this world fits both criteria. The seer said so.” I sho
