Lucy’s POV

I watched as Georgia strolled to the window, her fingers curled around the thin fabric of the curtain as she stared outside.

“You can’t stay here forever, Georgia,” I said quietly.

She didn’t respond at first, just exhaled softly as if my words were an inevitable truth she wasn’t ready to face. Then, finally, she spoke.

“I don’t want to go back,” she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. “Kael is here and I want to find him.”

I moved closer, sitting on the chair beside her. “I know,” I said. “But you can’t hide here either. Father is waiting.”

Her expression flickered, something unreadable passing through her features. “I know?” she murmured.

I frowned slightly. “Of course.”

She let out a quiet, humorless chuckle. “That’s the thing, isn’t it? He’s always waiting. And when I finally get there, it’s never the right time.”

I exhaled, running a hand through my hair. “Georgia, I understand. But we can’t keep postponing this. We need to go home. Forget about Kael.

Lucy’s POVI traveled alone for some vacation to clear my head from emotional stress and today, I was finally back. The soft hum of the engine faded as the taxi pulled up to the pack estate. I stepped out, tugging my coat around me as the chilled wind nipped at my skin. I had been away for three days. The grand entrance loomed before me as I dragged my suitcase across the driveway. As I pushed open the door, I half-expected Damien to be waiting in the hallway with that cold expression he always wore, ready to question me where I had been. But the foyer was empty. “Mrs. Lucy!” One of the younger maids whom I had told earlier about my travel, rushed over, nearly tripping over her own feet. “I didn’t expect you till nightfall.”I offered a small smile. “Flight got in early. Is Damien in?”The hesitation in her eyes was so brief, I almost missed it. “Where is he?” I asked again, this time more firmly.“He… left days ago,” Miriam said. “With a few men.”“Left?” My brows furrowed. “Wher

Damien’s POVToday has been hectic. Not just today, but other days as well. Meeting upon meetings. Rumors had it that Georgia was in the Lycan kingdom.“Damien,” Marcus, my second-in-command called, his voice cutting through the murmurs of the meeting. “We’ve scoured the western territories. No trace of her. The scouts say the Lycan borders are locked tight. If Georgia’s there, she’s under heavy guard.”I leaned forward, my jaw tight. “Then we hit harder. We don’t stop until we find her. The Lycan King doesn’t get to steal what’s ours. The way he humiliated me years ago…. I can’t forget.”A murmur of agreement rippled through the room, but I caught the doubt in their eyes. They didn’t say it, but I felt it, she might not want to be found. I shoved the thought down, burying it beneath the rage that had kept me awake for weeks. Georgia was mine, my wife, my mate, my luna. No crown, no kingdom, could change that. So whatever I choose to do with her body or presence, that’s on me. The me

Raveena’s POVThe morning sun sliced through my curtains as yesterday’s incident flashed back. I didn't know how I’d slept yesterday while I cried. But now, I woke to a tearful face. My eyes were dull, swollen from crying, and the shattered pieces of my phone still lay scattered across the floor where I’d thrown it last night. Evan’s words echoed in my skull, relentless, each of his words still a fresh wound. ‘I’m getting married tomorrow. To someone else.’I dragged myself out of bed, my limbs heavy, and stumbled to the bathroom. The mirror showed a stranger with pale, hollow-cheeked, dark circles framing eyes that lost happiness. I splashed cold water on my face, hoping it would shock me into feeling something other than this suffocating grief but It didn’t. I got ready for the day and made my way out.Downstairs, the pack house was quieter than last night’s chaos. avoided the main hall, slipping out to the porch instead, needing air, needing space. The pack was already alive, some

Raveena’s POVReaching the pack house, the place was lit up like a festival. A banner fluttered above the entrance, its bold letters glinting CONGRATULATIONS! My jaw dropped. What the hell was going on?I quickened my pace as I approached. Pack members milled about, some spilling onto the lawn with drinks in hand, their faces flushed with joy. I scanned the crowd, my eyes narrowing as I searched for answers.“Karl!” I called, spotting him near the buffet table, his shoulders hunched as he piled food onto a plate. He turned, his easy grin faltering when he saw my stunned expression. “What’s happening?” I gestured at the chaos around us, my voice sharp with confusion. Before he could answer, Leah came over, her auburn curls bouncing as she threw her arms around me, nearly knocking me off balance. “Oh my gosh!” she squealed, her voice bubbling with excitement. “Karl proposed! We’re engaged!” He exclaimed. Not that we were close. Why the sudden friendship now? The way she neared me only

Leah’s POVThe evening sun was already dimming low. I stood beside the lake, taking a view of it, the crisp autumn breeze tugging at my hair as I pulled my jacket tighter, savoring the quiet place. Reminiscing the first day I got to meet Georgia at the orphanage and how we have bonded so easily and so fast and now she’s like a family to me and I can’t imagine my life without her. Smiling to the thoughts, suddenly, sounds of footsteps crunched on the gravel path behind me, like someone trying not to startle a me. I turned my head just enough to catch a glimpse of Karl. His hair was tousled, as if he’d been running his hands through it as the breeze blew it. My heart did a little flip of affection, the kind it always did when he was near, but I brushed it off and turned back to the lake.“Leah,” he said, his voice tender. He was closer now, close enough that I could feel the pull, even through my jacket. “You’re gonna freeze out here.” He added.I laughed softly, tucking a strand of ha

Lyssandra’s POVThe world felt like it was spinning, and not in the romantic, head-over-heels way. My stomach churned violently, a relentless storm that had me hunched over the toilet bowl for what felt like hours. I’d been vomiting all day, a cruel reminder of the life growing inside me. Just then, my phone buzzed incessantly and didn’t need to look to know it was Daniel, my ex boyfriend. My heart clenched at the thought of him. I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand, my body trembling as I dragged myself to the sink. The mirror reflected a ghost of me, pale, hollow-eyed, my hair plastered to my sweaty forehead. I splashed cold water on my face, hoping it would shock me back to some semblance of control, but the nausea surged again. My phone rang again. I crawled across the floor, my knees scraping against the tiles, and grabbed it. Daniel’s name flashed on the screen, and my thumb hovered over the decline button. But something, maybe stupidity, made me answer.“Daniel,” I calle
