Chapter fourty nine

"Stop Aurora, he is dead." He whispers in my ear. I drop my now tired arm. Dax helps me up off the vampire. He turns me to face him and I could see the concern in his eyes. 

"It's OK, its not the power turning me dark, it was just all this shit and everything they had done. I'm pissed off. He looks at me and must know that I am telling the truth as he nods and releases me. 

Fighting was still going on all around us. The vampires seemed to be less now and more wolves were standing. We all get back in the fight until their isn't a single one left. 

Standing there after the fight was done and seeing all the blood and dead bodies was horrifying. As soon as the fight was finished it was like a barrier had come down and we were now able to mind link the pack again. What the hell was going on with that? 

"How did the warriors end up helping us when we couldn't mind link them?" I ask Dax

"They said a few of them noticed a couple of vamp
