Chapter Fifty-eight
Alex POV.
It has been a couple weeks since I decided to call our king. There is no way I was going to let him just order and use my mate as he wishes. Lina told everyone about some dairies her mom had written, telling about her powers and how to find and use them. Lina told me she doesn’t want her powers and has no wish to learn how to use them. That it is all scarring her more than I even realize. But I support her decision and will never force her to let others do.
Today we are going to see our pup for the first time, and I can feel the excitement from Lina through our mate bond. I know she is worried and I am too, but I know that together we can do it.
I am currently sitting outside the packhouse when Lina comes out. I stand up and reach out for her hand before we walk towards the hospital. I always love just feeling her hand in mine, it’s so calming, and I just love feeling the sparks.

Chapters have been coming in a little slow at the moment. but broke my hand, and found out it has healed wrong. so I am now waiting for surgery to have it broken and put together. but this causes pain and difficulties in using my hand so can sit too long at one time. and I hope you will all have patience with me.

Alex POVWaking up I lay thinking about last night. Everyone but the king was surprised by the fact that I knew how the royal mark look. Last time I let Hunter out for a run we had come by the river, and I had spotted something above my right shoulder. What I have been wondering about was it had not even been there before. Also if you look really closely at my mark on Lina’s neck. you can see the wolf has something above the shoulder. I think I got that mark when Lina and I completed our matebond.
