EPISODE THIRTY-TWO- QUICKIE

Julian’s POV

I panted, taking in a deep breath to regain my composure. Sweat dripped down from my forehead to my glistening muscles as well, shining in the early morning sun rays.

I took a quick, long run to stretch both limbs of my wolf form and my human form as well. It felt so refreshing and satisfying to me anytime I needed to clear off conflicting thoughts.

I ignored all the stares I was getting as I walked back into the hotel building, wiping off the sheen of sweat on my forehead with the back of my hand.

The cool air from the elevator fan refreshed me as I entered it, whistling in wait. When I stepped out on Henri’s floor, I caught sight of Karyna’s retreating form, as she went back to the direction of her room with her phone plastered to her ear.

From the position of her movements earlier, it seemed like she was about to knock on Henri’s door, but she chose not to and walked back.
