Chapter 31

The following morning, while going down for breakfast, Paris wanted to check on her sister, but she stopped herself before she could. She went straight downstairs and into the dining room. Paris greeted her mom morning and sat to have her breakfast. As Paris was about to sip her tea, she saw Everlee entering the dining room. She gazed at her and noticed she didn't have a well rest last night. Under her eyes, she had dark circles and she looked tired.

"Good morning," Everlee said as she sat down.

Mrs. Poppy and Paris nodded and consumed their breakfast.

"Did Paris talk to you about your dress, since you're her only bride maid?" Mrs. Poppy inquired Everlee.

Everlee looked at Paris.

"I see she didn't," said Mrs. Poppy noticing the confusing stare they both exchanged.

"I'll be leaving now to check on the decorations for the wedding, please make sure you purchase the bride maid dress before the end of this week," Mrs. Poppy told Everlee as she got up from the chair.
