Chapter 4

The next day Lyph/Fae was currently crawling on the floor trying to pratice her limbs so that she could finally walk, but all she can do is crawl, flip or hold the shelves tables and such while standing up just so she wont trip, and, her two servants? They were right by her sight expressing their smug faces as if they achieved something worthy to be proud of when they saw how much effort their princess put in every step she make. And of course for starters she almost fell back when she once held her crib to stand but then luckily Tera was there to quickly guide her and caught her before her head bump to the other side of the crib, She really scared the young maiden out of wits.

She was enjoying her afternoon nap after her hardwork on trying to stand up straight without falling, when a familiar voice echoed through the hallway towards her room talking to another unfamiliar individual and seemed to be arguing with loud chattering waking her in the process, causing her to frown, unhappy of being interrupted on her sleep.

"Omy princess should i ask for them to keep quiet?"

Tera the innocent and naive her ofcourse asked her that but hearing it was none other than the princes she hesitated quite bit, not even finding the fact that she was actually talking to a baby, well not really, she actually felt that the baby in front of her felt more mature than her that's why there are times when she would ask such question to a baby who doesn't even know how to pronounce one.

"Hfgjijjkff."

Tera felt stumped when the princess gestured something in her hand which she didn't quite understand, she actually just realized that infront of her was a baby, not an adult that could pretty much talk fluently and clearly. Not until the owner of the voices finally arrived at the doorway did she straightened her back, her hands behind her as she bowed half of her body forward.

"This slave greets his highness prince felix and prince Lewis."

Tera greeted in a noble way as she step aside to let the two princes through, who immediately went beside the crib.

"This is her??"

The man asked his coice contained criticism, his gaze shifting towards the baby who still wore a frown as she was awoken by them, she was really frustrated as this was the first time her nap was interrupted from 20 years of living.

"Yep, look how adorable she is."

Felix's eyes sparkled as it held her little hands to his while grinning from ear to ear. He was clearly obsessed as he remembered her blissful face as she rub her face on his hands which struck him hard. Its really dificult to hate such an adorable baby.

Actually at first he was supposed to just observe the princess then leave indifferently but who would've thought that, this sister he was supposed to hate was actually such an adorable creature.

Actually when his beloved mother died, he only felt grievance and don't actually hate his youngest sister, it's just that he was afraid that when he saw her he'd go crazy and might hurt her. He don't actually blame her, its  a good thing that he spent two months inside the training ground lest he'd really resent this lovely creature which was his sister.

"Hmm..."

Fae looked from felix to the man called Lewis and hummed in response and let felix enjoy holding her hands like a kid who just got a candy, despite being annoyed by the other a few seconds ago for interrupting her precious sleep, this never happened before, like, you know, in her 20 years she had never actually had such a nice sleep ever since she was betrayed and just kept consuming sleeping pills to have atleast a few hours of rest, so she always wakes up, way before someone even interrupts her.

"She can understand us?"

"Think so."

"Thats wierd, i heard most babies are clueless and quite a troublesome being."

Fae frowned hearing what the man just said and turned to look at him, he was wearing the same as Felix but with red white fur lined cloak on the right side and an aqua lion brooch on his left chest just like felix's, his head also has golden locks, its shoulder length and one would think he's a girl, specially with his bright blue eyes.

(Actually the Royalties here had their eyes mixed with blue, violet and purple, i just cant seem to find any other charismatic characteristics other than the famous golden hair.)

"Greetings to our baby sister im Lewis Ray Devion, your 2nd eldest brother nice to finally meet you."

Lewis shoved Felix aside and held her hand that was played by felix a moment ago and kissed it. Felix glared at his elder brother for snatching his baby sister when he was clearly reluctant at first to even come here to take a look. Before they were called by their father the emperor, Felix snuck out and visited the side palace to take a look at the younger sister he had but never saw.

Fae who had her hands kissed raised her eyebrow, lamenting wether the next one to drop by would be another of his older brothers the next day.

"Pwefgfksla"

Lewis smiled unknowingly as he looked at the puzzled princess while looking at him and felix was on a side feeling dejection and now sulking at the corner of her room drawing circles growing mushrooms.

Lewis was just like their older brother, calm and always thinks before doing something. The death of their mother held a large impact on him but he remained strong but of course despite being strong, he still had some vulnerable points so he spent his entire month inside royal library to calm himself before going out.

"Nyahfahdk."

Unknown to Fae she was already giggling as she stared at the childlike Felix still in the corner sulking, this was actually a subconscious reaction, it was purely instinctual. She really wanted to bang her head towards the wall because of shame.

Once upon a time she was cold and heartless woman then she died and turned into a baby who had many weakness and most of all had a lot of emotions in store.

Fae screamed internally overdomed by intense emotion which had never happened before because she had always been calm and collected.

"*giggles*"

Both attention from her brothers to Tera's turned to her the moment they heard her laugh. Well you cant blame Tera, its her first time hearing the princess laugh after so much effort just so she could hear her laugh she finally heard her first ever laughter. While  the brothers, felix instantly regained his cheerfulness and quickly went to his sister's side and held her other hand while Fae stopped giggling, on the other hand Lewis was staring at her like she was the most beautiful thing created in their world just like how he felt about their kind mother who often offer them a warm smile, he finally saw that kind of smile again, which warms up the heart of the watchers, good thing he came, he had the feeling that he would regret it if he didn't.

"Ehh!!! Why'd you stop c'mon sis laugh more."

Felix felt disappointment wash over him as he saw her return to frowning with her bright blue violet eyes turned to grim, now he felt like was about to cry seeing as his sister refused to laugh again. Felix was extremely gullible, he only met her twice yet he already felt devoted to his youngest sibling in which he was supposed to resent for the loss of the beloved Queen mother, yes the royals are this narrow-minded and petty kind of people.

"Dont force her felix!"

Lewis also frowned seeing his brother was about to cry the moment Fae stopped.

"That's not fair!!"

Felix whined feeling dejected as his face held tears that refusedto fall.

"Why is it that she laughs when you held her but when i did she only frowned, thats not fair at all."

Then felix started throwing a fit about how unfair it is and keep stomping his feet like a child with watery eyes making Lewis frown again, among them 4 siblings 3rd is the most troublesome because he looked like a spoiled brat and always so energetic it became an annoyance to them like the youngest of the brother which is 4th he is also quite the annoyance, he's like a freak, a, battle freak he's a wierd ass person who loves battles so much that even a child fears him, while their eldest is ahmmm lets just say a very very cold being who rarely smiles just like their father the king, and only do they show their softest side when it is their mother, Vivian Faith Lionell-Devion. Guess she's the only one who can bring the normalness of a person from them, actually, all of them.

"Stop it Felix!"

Lewis exclaimed still held unto his sisters hands caressing it on the process, it felt so warm and soft, really good to hold.

While Fae on the other hand feeling the warm caress felt like dozing off again and at the same time felt like she was about to burst into another laugh looking at her funny looking third brother. But then again since she's a baby she cant help but giggle a little louder this time making her third brother stop and quickly went to her side, she tried to stop but then she still keep laughing while looking at her brothers face and finally felt tired and the moment she stopped laughing she finally fell asleep its already noon after all babies tend to sleep all the time.

One would really want to question whether this baby actually had an adult soul that was even a killer before arriving at this world.

While the 3 was left dumbfounded, now that they took the liberty to observe her she looks exactly like a celestial being from another world and her laugh was soft and alluring so charming plus her cute cheeky face looked so attractive already so it would be a wander wether she will be a cause of a cities downfall just because of her otherworldly beauty.

They took this moment to silently observe little Fae as the translucent glow of the afternoon dusk, showered her small figure, making it look like a beautiful warm painting from ancient times.

Royalties we're naturally born a beauty, it was a gift from the gods and goddesses who were protecting their empire. But even they themselves felt the difference between them and the princess, now they wondered if ever their little sister ever said she was ugly then who be beautiful. If she ever said she second in terms of beauty who would dare say their number 1.

Then 30 minutes later they decided to go back as they had something else to do but before that, they took the liberty of kissing their sister's cheeks and telling the maidservant about calling them when something goes wrong then left with joy and warmth filling their heart, feeling contented.

Specially Lewis, up until now he really felt sad about their mother's death but only about half an hour with his sister did felt relieved and warm again.

Even reading countless books, he was unable to turn away from the grief for the loss of his mother, yet just being with his sister made him come back to life.

While Felix?

He had been quite cheerful since the very beginning now, he felt nothing but radiantness. Even as he went to the throne room he had almost lots of pink bubbles around him as he felt deep love towards his younger sibling.

The day ended with a satisfying event which led to people being comfortable the whole day till they slept late.

Lewis Ray Devion~he's kind of a book worm and a silent type of a person but not to the the point that it is considered as cold, he sometimes help with the councils problem and etc, together with felix thats why they're quite close., he is also quite playful, he oftentimes join his brother felix do some fun stuffs around the town.
