Chapter Fifty Seven

ELENA

I adjusted my clothes, making sure to straighten out the creases on them, as much as I could, do no one, especially Jane, noticed anything odd.

Damn.

I couldn’t believe I had done what I just did. Never in my wildest dream would I have done that. Never.

I had behaved like I had been on drugs, just doing what my body was telling me to do, and it had been the best thing ever.

Jason was in the office, as his phone had continued ringing, till he had had no choice than to pick up, when he had seen who it was.

I had just rushed to the small bathroom in his office to take care of my clothes.

I stood in front of the bathroom mirror and stared at my reflection.

The reflection in the mirror pretty much showed a woman that looked calm and collected. Which was the direct opposite of how I felt.

I inside of me was a turbulence of feelings.
