Beta Alex's pov
"I want you to pair up, we are practising attack and defence today!" I bellow out to the warriors in my class which include my girl.
It's been just over a month since Noah's death and it's been incredibly hard, the whole pack has felt the effects of his death and as much as Jake has struggled poor Sophia really couldn't cope and was close to having a breakdown so Jake has taken her away for a little while in the hope it will do her some good.
They have been gone a week and from what we can see from when we have face timed them Sophia definitely seems to be improving already but I have a feeling it will be a while until they are back home.
Emma hid away for a while but I made her come to training 5 days ago and thankfully she was grateful for it and has kept coming since and for the first time since the attack both Mia and Josh have come to warrior training this morning and I'm proud of them for it.
