Aurelia's POV

"Silas? What a surprise, I didn't expect you to call me again." I ran my brush through my hair, contemplating the way I was going to style my hair.

" And why would you think that way, did I ever give off any vibe that I wasn't going to call," Silas stated. I paused, he hadn't done anything wrong except that he didn't contact me since the day of the auction.

" Not really but the last time we spoke was over a month ago, I just assumed that you had moved on."

" Shit, I'm sorry I didn't call. Work has been hectic and I heard you traveled to New York, I didn't want to disturb you on your trip." He sounded apologetic.

" It's fine. It's good to hear from you again. How have you been?" I pulled my hair up, finally deciding on a ponytail.

"I'm fine. Aurelia, I don't want to be too forward but are you free on Saturday?"

My eyes widened, " What! Saturday, erm, is there a problem?"

" No, no, no problem at all. I just wanted to see you," The words rushed out of his mouth.
