That Crazy Alpha

She was dead, there was no doubt this man was going to kill her. To think that she had escaped one situation only to land herself in a bigger one. If only she had known that something like this would happen then she would have never agreed to exchange clothes with that woman. Lisa felt so bitter, what the hell was she going to tell him now? These people had guns, if they weren't afraid to create havoc in the bar then they would certainly not be afraid to abuse her.

" I... I don't know where she is I swear! She asked me to trade clothes with her, I only wanted to help so I agreed "

" So, you gave that bitch an opportunity to run, and by doing so made my job even more complicated " The Alpha's voice was cold enough to send a shiver down Lisa's spine. She had no idea who he was but she knew he was capable of doing bad things to her, he might even get away with it. She held the lowest position in her pack and her own parents might not even care if she died

Lisa fell to her knees, tears falling down her face heavily " I am sorry! I promise that this will never happen again, and I will never get involved in matters that don't concern me. Please let me go, You can have the diamond, and the clothes, just please don't hurt me "

Silence filled the room. After some minutes, Lisa was almost convinced that the dangerous man might have taken pity on her. But her blood ran cold when she felt something cold pressed against her lower back. " Rise" Lisa pushed herself to a kneeling position at the command. She looked up at the blue eyes, looking so beautiful yet dangerous at the same time. It was like she was looking at the devil himself. Even Beta West didn't scare her as much as this man did.

" Stupid Little Hybrid pest " Those words echoed in the silent room. Lisa couldn't concentrate on anything with the thick smell of blood in the place, it made it hard for her to even breathe without gagging. The cold metal pressed against her forehead was a reminder that she wouldn't live to see another day.

The ocean-blue eyes that glared at her were the most beautiful she had ever seen. It was too bad that such a gorgeous man had to be a psychopathic asshole who was about to pull the trigger on her. How had she managed to land herself in such a situation? If only she had known better to remain in hiding, then perhaps none of this would happen.

She was prepared to say goodbye to the world, waiting for the gun to fire and end her life. However, none of that happened. Lisa's heart pounded in her chest as the gun was pulled away from her head. She let out a shaky breath, relief washing over her like a cool breeze. The man who had threatened her turned his back, his face a mask of anger and disappointment.

"Since you dared to screw something up," he sneered, his voice dripping with venom, "you will have to repay me." With those words, he began walking up a flight of stairs that led to the VIP lounge areas, his steps heavy with purpose.

Lisa felt a pair of strong hands grab her arms, and she was forcefully dragged along by two of the men. Panic surged through her veins, but she knew she had no choice but to follow. She stumbled to keep up with their brisk pace, her mind racing with fear and uncertainty.

As they ascended the stairs, Lisa's eyes darted around, taking in the opulent surroundings of the VIP lounge. The plush carpets beneath her feet muffled her footsteps, and the dim lighting cast long shadows on the walls. It was a world far removed from her own, a world of power, privilege, and dangerous secrets.

Finally, they reached a door at the end of the corridor. The man who had threatened her pushed it open, revealing a lavishly decorated room filled with expensive furniture and a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The man strode inside, his posture exuding authority.

Lisa's heart sank as she stepped into the room. What was he planning to do to her? She had no idea how she had gotten herself into this mess, but she knew she had to play along if she wanted to live longer. She still had no idea who he was, but in her heart, he had become an even more dangerous predator than the mate who had tortured her for many years.

The man turned to face her, his gaze piercing and unforgiving. "You have cost me dearly," he spat, his voice filled with rage. "And now, you will repay me." His words echoed in the room, suffocating her with their weight.

Lisa's mind raced, desperately searching for a way to escape her predicament. She had no money, no power, and no connections. Besides, he didn't look like the kind of person who would want money, so what exactly did he want from her? " W...what do you want from me? I already gave you the diamond I got from her "

A wicked smile crept across the man's face. It was scary how such a beautiful person could look so devious "You mean this worthless thing? Do I look like the kind of person who would want something so cheap?" he said, his tone filled with malicious intent. Lisa watched with wide eyes as the diamond which would have caused hundreds of thousands of dollars got tossed into the trash can. " that bitch you help escape was supposed to be my wife. Since you chose to help her you will have to take her place "

" Y..your wife? " Was this madman telling her to marry him? How could that ever be possible? Lisa hadn't even agreed to marry West despite her parent's persuasion, so she would not want to marry a man who carried a gun everywhere and tried to kill her. " I... I can't "

" What did you say? "

Lisa's heart pounded in her chest as she mustered the courage to speak her truth. She looked into the eyes of the stranger standing before her, his face contorted with anger. With a trembling voice, she uttered the words she knew she had to say. "I'm sorry, but I can't marry you," Lisa said, her voice barely above a whisper. " I promise that I will do whatever I can to help you find your real wife "

The stranger's reaction was far from what she expected. His expression twisted into something dark and menacing. A shiver of fear shot down Lisa's spine as she watched him reach into his pocket. Her eyes widened in horror as he revealed a gleaming metal object. It was a gun. She could have sworn he had no weapon on him when they came into the room.

Time seemed to stand still as the stranger played with the weapon, his fingers caressing the cold, unforgiving steel. The room filled with an eerie silence, broken only by the subtle click-clack of the gun's mechanisms. Lisa's mind raced, desperately searching for a way out of this terrifying situation.

" Well, a rejection. It seems you do value your life " He said. Panic surged through Lisa's veins as she realized she had nowhere to run. She felt vulnerable, exposed to the whims of a man who seemed on the edge of sanity.

The stranger's eyes never left Lisa's face, his gaze burning with a twisted mix of anger, disappointment, and possessiveness. Fear gripped her like a vice, making it difficult to breathe. She knew she had to remain calm; any sudden movement could trigger a catastrophic outcome. Lisa rose to her feet on reflex, her eyes darting around, hoping to see an open window or any means is escape whatsoever. It was too bad that there was none.

" No one has ever rejected me before. " Lisa shuffled back when the man took a step towards her. Her back was pressed against the wall now, fear gripping her in place. Her soon-to-be murderer's gaze had turned dark with desire, she had no idea what she had done to cause such a reaction. " And you smell so divine too, it would be such a waste to kill you"

He buried his face into the crook of Lisa's neck, inhaling her scent deeply. A loud cackle left him as his head tilted back " fuck, I just want to eat you up Mi-sol-ache. You are the most delicious thing I have seen " his tongue darted out to lock his lips. Lisa got a clear view of his very sharp canines, which looked very capable of tearing into her flesh. At that moment she knew she was fucked.

She wasn't sure what kind of monster she had run into. Was he a psychopath? A monster or a cannibal? Was he going to rape her or just eat her? She had never been so scared in her life. Her entire body was shaking as she was pressed against the wall. The devil had his face still buried in her neck, inhaling her scent deeply like a madman possessed.

Lisa's heart raced as she realized the gravity of her situation. She knew she had to act quickly if she wanted to escape unharmed. Summoning all her strength and courage, she mustered the energy to deliver a powerful knee strike right into her attacker's groin. The man let out a pained cry and crumbled to the ground, clutching his injured area.

Seizing the opportunity, Lisa swiftly moved towards him, her eyes fixed on the gun he had dropped. She knew that she needed to arm herself if she wanted any chance of survival. As she reached for the weapon, her mind raced with thoughts of what she could do to protect herself.

"If you don't let me go right now, I'll...I'll..." she stammered, struggling to think of what to say. She had never held a gun before not to talk of using it. There was no way she could manage to pull it off. But before she could finish her sentence, the man cut her off with a burst of maniacal laughter, a chilling sound that sent shivers down her spine.

"Oh please, darling," he mocked, his voice filled with arrogance. "I am death itself. A mere threat from you won't change a thing. But I do appreciate a good show" It was hard to believe that this person was normal, he had to be mentally unstable.

Lisa wanted to curse at him, but In a split second the door burst open, and the man's henchmen rushed into the room. Lisa's eyes widened as she assessed the situation. There were too many of them for her to fight off alone. She needed to find a way to turn the tables in her favor. Thinking on her feet, Lisa grabbed the gun she had managed to acquire and pointed it directly at her captor. With newfound confidence, she spoke with conviction, "If any of you come any closer, I won't hesitate to use this. I'm warning you."

The room fell into a tense silence as the henchmen hesitated, unsure of how to proceed. Lisa's voice quivered slightly, but she knew she had to appear strong and determined. She prayed that her captor's underlings would underestimate her and give her the opening she needed to escape. As seconds ticked by, Lisa's mind raced, she was afraid that she wouldn't be able to get out of there safely.

" Let her go " The man who had spoken rose to his feet, he dusted off the dirt on his clothes casually like nothing had happened.

" But boss..." One of his henchmen wanted to object but he quickly fell silent when the man glared at him.

" Go on Mi-sol-ache, run, but I promise you won't get far. I'll find you "

" You are crazy!" Lisa yelled at him before hurrying out of the room. She was relieved when none of the men tried to stop her from leaving. Lisa didn't stop running until she was out of the building.

" Boss, are we really not going after Miss Evelyn?"

" Why should I bother about that bitch, if she wants to run away then it's her own business," Killian said while glancing out of the window. He smiled when he saw Lisa's figure disappear into the darkness. She was the first person to reject him and hit him, all this on the same day. What an interesting rabbit. " That girl, she is going to be my mate "

" What?" The dark-haired henchman looked at Killian like he had lost his mind. The boss was willing to marry someone who had tried to kill him? He always knew that the Lycan Prince was a psychopath, but he didn't think it was to this level.

" Gather as much information as you can about her. And prepare a marriage document as well "

' Mi-sol-ache, since you got my interest, don't think I will let you go so easily. You are mine now '
