JONATHAN'S POV

"Have some cheese" Mrs McGregor said stretching the plate of cheese towards me.

"Thank you," I said taking it from her.

"How are your parent?" Mr McGregor asked with a mouth full of food.

"They are fine" I replied eating mine.

I shouldn't be here this early, I know. I thought of paying Anna a surprise visit before I go to work since I have nothing much to do today.

Moreover, I was told the time given before the marriage was for us to get to know each other better. I want to know my wife-to-be and spend more time around her before then.

"We didn't know you will visit today, I would have personally made you a special meal," Mrs. McGregor said.

"No worries ma, I'm fine with whatever you offer me. I just want to spend time with Anna before the wedding day," I told them sounding like a good son-in-law.
