The worst part about the whole thing was finally seeing the significant differences between the two women. It was scary to note how I, who had always prided myself on my high intelligence had been so easily duped. I felt like a big, bumbling idiot.

Now that I was actively searching for it, the differences between them were jarringly obvious. SinclairThis thing was messing with my head. I felt like somebody who had been thrown into a dark cave, stumbling and falling over and over again as I tried to find my way out.
