Chapter 13

👑Maria's POV👑

Rocco and I were in the car, on our way to my appointment, when Rocco shouted at me to get down.  That's when the gunshots fired.  "I can help!" I shouted.  " Give me a gun!"

Rocco reached for the glove box, when the car slammed into a tree.  "Stay Down." Rocco whispered.

" Are you shot?"  I asked. Rocco didn't answer.  "Rocco?"

The door to my side swung open.  "Well Hello." A man grabbed my arm, jerking me out of the car.  I tried fighting him, but the guy was really strong.  I continued to fight him as I heard gunshots from the car.  He pushed me into a van, where I was handcuffed and blinded.  " We're going on a little trip, but right now its sleepy by time."  I felt a needle go into my arm, and then felt a dark heaviness take over my eyes.
