Twenty Two

John excitedly waited in his car, for his love to show up. After getting off work, he felt the only thing he wanted that instant is to see Sharon, and without a second thought of it, he ordered Vincent to drive down to her school.

The door to the car crept open, and he turned to see Vincent.

"Boss, she's coming." He informed him, and closed the door back.

A few minutes later, the door crept open again, and he came into view with a smiling Sharon.

She quickly hopped in and pulled him into a hug.

"I missed you, thanks for coming over." Sharon mumbled, holding him tightly, taking in his sweet cologne.

John was thrilled hearing her say she missed him, he thought he has been the only one missing her. The last time he came to pick her up, he had told her he missed her, but she said nothing. He understood she was probably shy, that was why he didn't push it.

"I miss you more, wifey, I have missed your company." John admitted, and disentangled the hug, with his hands still held in hers.
