Warm Memories

CHARLOTTE'S POV:-

The sound of the door being unlocked made me open my eyes again. I sat up on the ground, and looked around. At first, I was confused because I couldn't remember anything. The door opened and Benjamin's tall figure entered the bedroom, holding a few bags in his hands. He walked into the bedroom and it was locked again, from the outside. I rolled my eyes at him.

Benjamin placed the bags on the table and walked toward me. He crouched down on the ground in front of me. I was rubbing the sleep off of my eyes. "Did you fall asleep on the ground?" He asked me in his gentle tone. That very tone that used to melt my heart inside my chest.

I gritted my teeth in anger as I stood up. "Like you care. You are the one who locked me up in this room." I growled at him. As I was about to walk away, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me.
