CHARLOTTE'S POV:-

In the morning, I stepped out of the bathroom and found Benjamin lying on the bed. He was staring at the ceiling while humming that one song he used to humm all the time. Taking a deep breath, I walked into the closet. I wore my clothes for the day and as I walked back out, I found him standing in front of the closet.

"Don't you have anything else to do?" I asked, annoyed to see his face every single morning. Benjamin pulled something out of his blazer and slammed it in front of me.

"I am asking you for the very last time, Charlotte. Are you signing these papers or…" I didn't let him complete his sentence.

"Or what?" I screamed at him angrily.

For a moment, he was stunned at my sudden reaction as I had never screamed at him like this before. "I am sick and tired of the games you are playing with me. I am not a doll.
