Melisa and her parents were standing in front of Alfred's apartment door. They seemed to know that Alfred was often in the apartment during his lunch break, just to rest. Not long waiting, Alfred opened the door.

A man in a black suit, and a woman in an elegant fiery red suit, entered with Melisa. The old woman took her son's hand, who was busy fixing a strapless and sleeveless casual dress, into Alfred's apartment.

"Come on young girl, let Dad solve your problem, don't act," said the woman.

Oh my God, are they going to discuss the issue of engagement? My heart was hit by a big earthquake. What if Alfred was fired?

I approached the door that was not closed tightly, hiding behind the wall, peeking a little so I could see what was happening and also hear the sound of their chatter which was fairly loud.
