I pushed the door open and stepped inside, careful not to make a fool of myself just yet.

Looking around for a second. I saw no one as expected. Just a nice expensive looking office with a large desk seating close to the window.

I walked in further, with my feet extremely light against the tile floor and cleared my throat slightly, trying to catch the attention of whoever was behind the desk because I saw it moved right after I got in.

"Good morning sir, you sent for me?" I said expectedly. Hoping it will get me a reply and also a face reveal because I was literally freaking out already with all the mystery going on.

The clock just kept ticking away by the second, making me more nervous and sweaty in the palm.

"Um, hello?" I tried again wondering if my boss is actually invincible or probably a ghost because it was starting to feel like some horror movie just standing here.
