SELENA’s POV

I still haven’t wrapped my head around the fact that I have alpha blood running through my veins. This meant everything I had believed was a lie. I thought I was just an ordinary wolf with the love of wanting to heal people in pain. I have never put myself in a position where I had to think about my ancestry. I was an orphan, that was what the old witch told me and I lived with that all my life until Hernandez and his wife adopted me. Now, somehow I have become someone who possessed Alpha blood, which was very rare. Even Damian does not possess alpha blood, his position was passed down to him by his father. If all the powerful people I know didn’t have it. Why then do I have it?

The more I thought about it, the more my confusion grew. I needed clarity, I needed to know what was going on inside of me and if all this was safe for my baby. Alpha blood can have a lot of responsibilities and for the love of the goddess, I was not ready for that.
