CHAPTER FIFTY-FIVE

ADELIA

City of Flos, also known as the City of Flowers – a small yet prosperous city near the Pack of Emoresi that has a colorful history. It was one of the oldest towns in the country, and also the place where werewolves of our pack usually go for errands related to humans.

Compared to the pack territory, it was the place I considered as my hometown.

The people in this city are generally happy and polite. They would greet each other with a smile on their faces and ask each other how their day was going on. More than that, the humans never looked at me with contempt, and the people in my work were very welcoming when I first started my work here.

Thus, being in this place never failed to make me feel relieved and more relaxed. Especially at that moment when the city was more cheerful because of the on-going festival.

Every year around mid-June, different kinds of flowers would be in full bloom.
