No one had to make Philip realize he had to speed up the journey to save James, although I felt his speed was totally unrelated to James, and more related to the fact that I was at the passenger’s seat, and Aurora and Chris were both seated at the back.

I didn’t need to be told that Philip had a history with Aurora, and Chris being her mate made him angry, especially how Chris spoke about her like an object earlier without even knowing her.

Whatever this drama was, could wait until James is safe.

Till he can hold my hand again and tell me I didn’t imagine it and he truly wants me now. I had no idea what transpired between he and Marina. All I knew was that she was out of our lives and that made me so happy.

I wonder where she was, and I didn’t care.
