CHAPTER 25
ANGELA'S POV :-
At first, I was embarrassed because I couldn't recognize the boss of the company, for which I am going to work. Sounds stupid, right? But yes, it was the truth. It didn't come to my mind to find out more about the boss or to google about him, because I didn't think I would ever come across him. I am going to work in an entirely different section of the company, dealing with the interior designing, as an assistant to Mrs. Ashley Addison. I am going to work on 5th floor and the office of the the boss, I mean of Mr. Carter is on the 10th floor. So I assumed that we might never even come across each other and so I found it useless to google about him, but I guess, I was wrong again.
Recovering from my embarrassment, I finally looked up at him to only see him looking at me with astonishment.I cleared my throat and shook his hand, introducing myself to him,

ANGELA'S POV :-"Angela, bring a cup of coffee in my office now." With that he ended the call.This is the fifth time he has called me to come in his office in the last one hour. ANGELA'S POV :-Butterflies were flying hard in my stomach. On the top of that Noah started making circles with his thumb on my cheeks. Bolts of electricity passed down my spine. We kept standing there, gasping for breath like both of us have run an olympic race. No thoughts came into my mind. My mind was like a blank paper.
